Complete the spreadsheet tab below named "Q&A" with all questions, comments, and recommendations about the RFP.

COLUMN A: Complete the "Page" column. This is the page number from the RFP. Do not include the total page number.

COLUMN B: Complete the "Section/Paragraph" column with the applicable section and paragraph number (if applicable) of the RFP. Do not include any other extraneous identifiers or other information other than instructed here. If the reference is to a CLIN, Clause, Appendix, or Attachment etc. the entry goes in the next column.

1403N/AWhere is the place of performance and is remote work allowed?Per paragraph 9 of the performance work statement (PWS), the place of performance is Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Building 6201 Aviation Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32221. The travel plug number provided in "Attachment 3, CLIN Pricing Worksheet" is the estimate for a 5-day visit to FRCSE to perform migration services. A small amount of remote work may be authorized for travel planning, site visit coordination, and post migration administrative tasks such as invoice preparation.
2Clin SummaryClin Structure Summary0003Need to confirm is the period of performance 1 yr + an optional 6 month extension?Per paragraph 10 of the PWS, the period of performance is date of award through 30 days. As specified on page 27 of the request for proposal (RFP), in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8 the Government MAY require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract....The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months." RFP page 47 ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1(b)(12)(vii)(C) states, "You shall submit pricing for the base period and all option periods, including option pricing for an additional 6-month period that may be authorized IAW FAR 52.217-8." Pricing is requested for one 30 day base period and one 6 month option period IAW FAR 52.217-8.
