About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document related to Sources Sought H9227725R0001 for SOCCENT Intelligence Services Support Contract. The Q&A clarifies that contractors only need SECRET safeguarding capabilities at their facilities, not TS, as any TS-level work would be performed at government sites. It confirms that all work will be performed on-site at government-furnished spaces, which include workstations, office automation equipment, telephones, furniture and supplies.
The document also addresses a question about intelligent services tools, clarifying that the RFI is solely seeking personnel capable of addressing PWS requirements, not tools or systems. All responses were in relation to a SOCCENT intelligence and operations support requirement that includes support to both Headquarters and Theater Special Operations as well as planning and technical support to Sensitive Activities.

RFI’s received in response to Sources Sought Posting to effort H9227725R0001
1. RFI: Please clarify whether TS Safeguarding/Storage Capability is required at the contractor facility, or if SECRET safeguarding capabilities is acceptable?
ANSWER: The vendors only need SECRET safeguarding capabilities. Any individuals performing on the contract have a requirement for TS safeguarding that would be handled on Gov property; the vendor would not be required to have their own private facility with TS safeguarding.
RFI 1a. Is there a relative breakdown of the time/ratio that the team will be at the government site vs. at the contractor facility for work? Are the generally at the customer site and then needing to be at the contractor site occasionally?
ANSWER: All work is to be performed at gov’t site. The government anticipates the tasks included in this effort on-site at government furnished property/space. The government will provide furnished office spaces (workstations, office automation equipment, telephones and furniture) and supplies.
1. RFI: Will Intelligent services tools be considered to help analysts with the collection and management of what is pulled in? Or is the RFI SOLELY looking for personnel?
ANSWER: No, this RFI is seeking personnel capable of addressing the requirements in the PWS.
