MARSOC Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC)
Assessment and Selection (A&S)
Statement of Work (SOW)
1.0 OBJECTIVE
MRTC, A&S is seeking an alternative solution in the form of a tent with the capability of seating up to
130 A&S candidates as outlines in paragraphs 2.0 of this SOW.
1.1 PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE
Contractor must have the capability to provide a temporary classroom structure, meeting all specification outlined in paragraphs 2.0 of this SOW.
1.2 MANAGEMENT OF ISSUES
The contractor shall address all performance issues and customer complaints to ensure the requirements outlined in the SOW are met without interruption to services being provided.
2.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/SCOPE
The Contractor shall provide delivery, set-up, serviceability of the provided equipment and retrieval of equipment that meets all expectation contained in paragraph 2.0. Systems checks must be conducted upon set up along with a 24-hour service center. Contractor shall be required to respond on site within 3 hours of notification to the contractors designated service center.
The Contractor shall provide, set-up one white or OG green 60 x 60 structure tent, non-transparent sidewalls (sidewalls be secured to the floor), one safety package lighting (or required safety lighting equivalent), eight high bay LED lights (or required lighting equivalent), electrical outlets distributed throughout the tent (minimum 2 per wall), appropriate floor base, one double door entrance (large enough for tables and personnel movement), at least one entry and exit door, one climate control package
(unit must meet or exceed space requirements) and equipment service/replacement support (24hr service center with a 3 hour repair of replacement of any unserviceable equipment). The Contractor shall provide guidance on the appropriate operations and use of all provided equipment. Services and equipment will be delivered and occur on board Fort AP Hill, VA, (Tactical Training Base Longstreet located off of Lee
Drive).
3.0 DELIVERABLES
The contractor shall deliver equipment and services to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or assigned government representative on the date and location described in paragraph 7.0. Acceptance of deliverables will be performed by the COR or designated government representative. The COR will evaluate deliverables for completeness, correctness, and operations sufficiency of content. If the COR determines a deliverable is unacceptable, the contractor shall correct all deficiencies within the timeframe specified in paragraph 7.0.
4.0 SERVICE DELIVERY SUMMARY
The contractor shall provide services three times per year coordinating with the government rep pre and post setup. The government reserves the right to terminate services with a 48 hour notification.
5.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY/SPACE:
N/A
6.0 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
The contractors shall ensure delivery personnel and vehicle meet DoD regulations for entry onto a federal military installation. A representative from the receiving organization will escort the driver and delivery vehicle from the gate to the delivery site.
7.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The contractors shall ensure set-up set and take down following the below dates as a guide:
Set up February 12, 2022 and take down on March 4, 2022.
Set-up April 30, 2022 and take down on May 20, 2022.
