Can you estimate how much weight per week/month of laundry there will be?

This is an Indefinte Delivery / Indefinite Quantity requirement. The amount of weight required is varied and weekly/monthly estimates are unknown. The minimum Task Order award amount is $500.00. 9/18/2024

How many "beds" worth of sheets for pick-up and delivery? See #1 Response 9/18/2024

3 Is there a predecessor to this RFP?

There is not a previous RFQ for these services from Naval Special Warfare Command. 9/18/2024

Are these COGS or will the vendor have to supply the items needed in this RFQ?

If the terms COGS means "Customer Owned Goods", then yes, the laundry items are owned by the customer and not required to be supplied by the vendor. 9/18/2024

Is this contract allowed to be leased/ subcontracted out by the contractor?

The Offeror (Prime) must meet the requirements as listed in the Solicitation. Subcontractor(s) will not be evaluated. Offerors should review the solicitation provisions and contract clauses and ensure compliance with any limitations or consent requirements specified within. Additionally, it is important to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to small business subcontracting. 9/18/2024

Is the contractor to provide bag(s) for the collection of soiled linen sets at the cost of the contractor?

Any costs associated with pickup and return are to be factored into the offerors proposal. 10/2/2024
