Does the USG require that the trailers be the same trailers for each task order?

Yes, the same model trailers shall be used for each task order. As specified in the Solicitation, Offerors are encouraged to provide multiple quotes if they are able to supply more than one camper model that meets requirements from Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (PWS). However, the resulting award will only be based on a single quote.

PWS 4.1.1 [Page 1] What is the maximum nunber of personnel sleeping in each trailer? If a trailer can meet the length requirement and sleep 4 or more people in separate berthings, can fewer trailers be used?

Maximum number of personnel sleeping in each trailer is not known at time of award and will be established for each Task Order. Government requires at a minimum 2 trailers, an additional may be required based on indivdual order needs. "...with minimum of 3 beds desired... Estimate is that 2-3 trailers will be required approximately Six (6) times annually."

PWS 4.1.12 [Page 2] Can one locker be used to store all personal belongings, or are separate lockers required for each individual?

One locker would meet the requirement of the PWS (Paragraph 4.1.12). However, more storage space and/or multiple lockers may be evaluated more favorably
