Attachment 3, Performance Work Statement (Task Order)
Performance Work Statement Portable Chemical Toilets for Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC)
1.0 BACKGROUND
1.1 Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) required portable chemical toilet placement and servicing to accommodate NSWC staff and students.
2.0 REQUIREMENTS
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide two (2) types of portable chemical toilets, standard and VIP, as indicated by location below. The contractor shall meet or exceed all minimum specifications and services listed in 2.0 from the basic contract PWS. Service calls for Porta Johns & Handwashing stations will be every Friday at 09:00.
2.1 LOCATION 1: Camp Billy Machen in Niland, CA, Continuous
2.1.1 The Contractor shall provide continuous placement of ten (10) standard chemical toilets.
2.1.2 The Contractor shall meet or exceed all minimum specifications and services listed in 2.2 from the basic contract PWS.
2.1.3 Point of Contact for Camp Billy Machen shall be provided upon task order award.
2.2 LOCATION 2: Multiple locations at Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, Continuous
2.2.1 The Contractor shall provide continuous placement of one (1) VIP toilet & (1) Handwashing station with paper towel/soap in the vicinity of 2446 Trident Way, BLDG 637 (Medical Ramp).
2.2.2 The Contractor shall provide continuous placement of three (3) VIP toilets (1) Handwashing station with paper towel/soap in the vicinity of 2446 Trident Way, Obstacle Course.
2.2.3 The Contractor shall provide continuous placement of two (2) VIP toilets at the Demo Pit, in the vicinity of 3205 Highway 75.
2.2.4 The Contractor shall provide continuous placement of three (4) standard toilets & (1) Handwashing station with paper towel/soap in the vicinity of 3632 Guadalcanal Rd. BLDG. 300 (Enlisted Dining Facility).
2.2.5 The Contractor shall meet or exceed all minimum specifications and services listed in 2.3 from the basic contract PWS.
2.3 LOCATION 3: Multiple locations at Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, Temporary Portable Toilets
2.3.1 The Contractor shall deliver twenty (20) standard portable toilets for temporary placement in locations coordinated by NSWBTC Operations prior to delivery. Point of Contact shall be provided upon task order award.
2.3.2 Delivery shall be between 0800 and 1200
2.3.3 Removal shall be after 1300
2.3.4 The Contractor shall meet or exceed all minimum specifications, services, delivery, and removal listed in 2.4 from the basic contract PWS.

2.4 LOCATION 4: Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, CA in the vicinity of 3632 Guadalcanal Rd. Bldg. Vietnam Memorial Field, Temporary Portable Toilets.
2.4.1 The Contractor shall deliver three (3) VIP portable toilets for temporary use.
2.4.2 Delivery shall be between 0800 and 1200
2.4.3 Removal shall be after 1300
2.4.4 The Contractor shall meet or exceed all minimum specifications, services, delivery, and removal listed in 2.5 from the basic contract PWS.

3.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
3.1 The task order period of performance will be for a period of twelve (12) months and identified upon award
