a. Cancellation: Either party (the Government or the Contractor) may cancel this BPA by providing written notice. The cancellation will take effect 30 calendar days after the other party receives the notice of cancellation. Items included during this process will be added to Attachment 2 for the duration of the ordering period.
c. The Government will make this best value determination for individual calls where the following factors may be considered in award determination: special features, trade-in considerations, maintenance availability, suitability of item, delivery time/lead time, warranty considerations, probable life of item selected comparted to that of a comparable item, price, and technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government’s requirement.
d. Calls may be awarded for any combination of items, provided on the attached item list or not, as requested at the call level via RFQ.
e. During an RFQ, vendors shall respond to the RFQ within the specified timeframe or a ‘No Quote’ will be recorded.
