Question Answer Volume II Corporate Experience: The government has requested written detailed information on Corporate Experience to demonstrate the Offerors' ability to provide the services required to complete the work.
1.Can offerors provide work samples (documenta on) that verify contractor performance within the size and scope requested by this RFQ?
2.Can the government allow for addi onal pages to the technical volume to display these work samples? Work samples could include; Federal Contracts, Task Orders, Bimco contracts or other contractual data that verifies the ability to provide the service requested.
The Government will accept work samples to demonstrate Corporate Experience.
However, the Government does not require nor desire actual copies of contracts or contractual documentation. A listed contract number with brief summary of work performed is sufficient and as such, the Government does not believe additional pages are necessary.
How is fule to be estimated for this effort? Fluctuations in the cost of fuel have been pronounced over the past several months and these moves can result in a delta between estimated and actual costs.
Fuel will need to be priced into the daily rates in the pricing spreadsheet.
Requests for equitable adjustments may be authorized during performance.
Can areas of the effort be subcontracted?
Subcontracting is allowed but would need to be clearly identified in the proposal so the Government can evaluate.
