About this file

This document is a question and answer summary from the finalist selection process for the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) contract opportunity. The summary covers a variety of topics related to the GVRA campus, including the typical disabilities of clients, how clients circulate on campus, a campus map identifying key buildings, a list of 13 assessed buildings, and the operational status of certain buildings and facilities. The document also notes that Wellstar, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and Vocational Rehabilitation are co-located on the campus and providing services. Additionally, the document addresses questions about the relationship between GVRA and the non-profit organization Camp Twin Lakes, as well as the anticipated stakeholder groups and project duration.

The document indicates that the selected firm will be responsible for investigating the feasibility of a for-profit organization operating on the federally and historically designated GVRA campus. The summary also mentions that building assessments for the 13 identified buildings have been provided, but specific details about the findings are not included in the document.
