Wage Determination Note:
GSE Mechanic and Mechanic lead positions are subject to the wage determination which sets minimum pay requirements per labor category for direct pay and health and wellness
Wage determination based wage adjustments may occur on a yearly basis based on the most recent wage determination on the anniversary of the contract.
Adjustments will be made upon request of the Contractor to include providing documentation such as pay stubs to show evidence of current direct rates and health and wellness amounts paid to each employee required to calculate the appropriate increases
Adjustments are made based on the difference from what the employees were being paid up to the new wage determination minimum requirement. See clause 52.222-43
If you propose to pay non exempt employees the minimum IAW the wage determination, it is expected that the proposed pricing for each year will be identical as yearly adjustments for the out years will be dependent on the wage determination at a later date.
