About this file
This collection of documents includes a confirmation form and federal contract opportunity notice regarding the Human Capital and Training Solutions Small Business (HCaTS SB) contract vehicle. The confirmation form allows offerors under the HCaTS SB solicitation to verify that a collection of up to six cited task orders, all placed within the past five years under a master contract and covering at least one knowledge, skills and abilities area, qualify as a relevant past performance reference. Offerors must obtain certification from the contracting officer for each cited task order confirming that it meets the defined requirements. The federal contract opportunity notice announces plans to issue requests for proposals around May 19, 2015 for the unrestricted and total small business set-aside HCaTS SB contracts to replace the Training and Management Assistance vehicle. The set-aside contract will provide customized training, human capital, and organizational performance improvement services to federal agencies on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis. Comments on the draft set-aside RFP were due by March 30, 2015.
