About this file

This document provides a template for offerors to submit relevant experience projects to qualify for the OASIS Small Business Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract solicitation. The template requires offerors to provide details on up to five past or current government contracts such as the prime contractor, contract or task order number, contract type, period of performance, annual value, core disciplines performed, locations worked, subcontractors, ancillary services and products, and contract type. It also includes questions for offerors to describe how each project meets the evaluation criteria and provides additional points, such as correlating NAICS codes, dollar value ranges, multiple locations, and cost reimbursement. Offerors must complete the template for each relevant experience project and provide supporting documentation in their proposal submission.
