AMENDMENT 02- Summary of Changes

CLARIFICATIONS to SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS-

Project will be EVALUATED AND AWARDED based on the total bid amount (Base Work + Option Work)

This statement clarifies and confirms our position on utilizing Folly River as the Pipeline corridor.

“Pipeline corridor is the route which the pipeline shall run between the dredge and the placement area via the Folly River. For the purpose of this contract there will be two areas of easement for the pipeline to come ashore from the Folly River and traverse over land to the placement area on Folly Beach.

* 1502 E. Ashley Ave (Parcel ID - 4391400077)

* 1550 E. Ashley Ave (Parcel ID - 4391400059)

The pipeline shall avoid damage to existing marsh. Should it become necessary for pipeline to traverse an area of marsh, Contractor shall minimize impacts to the marsh by traversing the shortest distance through the marsh, utilizing pontoon pipe when traversing areas of the marsh, etc.

I’ve attached two marked up surveys showing 3 easements:

* 1550 E Ashley, Easement 1 (on western edge of property): $6000/month to property owner for each month actually in use

* 1550 E Ashley, Easement 2 (running down property driveway): $8000/month to property owner for each month actually in use

* 1502 E Ashley (only one easement, shown): $5000/month to property owner for each month in use."
