About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for gravity roller conveyors and components. The requirement covers conveyor systems for inline baggage screening, to be used 24/7 at airports across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Specific technical specifications include various conveyor types such as standard gravity rollers (3', 5', and 10' lengths), curved rigid gravity roller conveyors, support legs, lift gates, flexible roller conveyors, and ball transfer tables, with precise dimensions ranging from 24" to 36" widths.
The BPA will have a five-year ordering period, with components manufactured to exact specifications including 10-gauge steel frames, powder coat finishes, zinc rollers, sealed bearings, and polyurethane roller covers. Shipping terms require FOB-O delivery within 60 calendar days for CONUS and 45 calendar days for OCONUS destinations, with a mandatory one-year total replacement warranty. The solicitation (Number 70T05025Q7672N002) is seeking Firm Fixed Price quotes, to be submitted by September 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method. The procurement is issued by the Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration.
