Not required. The local or industry standard is acceptable.
7. Who is responsible for transportation to and from the airport.
The Contractor is responsible for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
8. Will the generator be located on the flight line of Saipan Airport? Are there any special requirements for tech and vehicles to access the flightline for service or fueling of generators?
The on-site team will handle any requirements to get the Contractor onto the airfield.
9. Is there a separate mobilization/ demobilization charge or does it need to be rolled up into the daily rental rate?
If there is an additional fee for mobilization and demobilization, we will create CLIN 0006, Shipping & Miscellaneous.
10. Does fuel need to be rolled up into the daily rate or is fuel a separate billable item?
Refuel will be included in CLIN 0005, Service.

No, and the delivery shall be made to Saipan International Airport.

Recommend labeling it as a shipping fee. Please reference question 9.

Yes, 1 generator will be within the airport facility. The onsite team will handle any requirements to get contractor onto the airfield.

The Government intends to keep the generators for 24 hours with no interruption. I recommend calculating using industry standards and providing the required amount to meet the Government’s requirements.
16. If entry into the airport facility with equipment and fuel trucks is required, then all employees will need a ramp pass and training before the Air Force arrival. Will this be the situation?
We are working with the local authorities to confirm. However, military personnel can operate the fuel trucks on the Contractor’s behalf if there is an issue.
17. Is a quotation with breakdown to include trucking delivery preferred?
