About this file
This is a Global TMC Capabilities Questionnaire spreadsheet associated with a Department of State RFI for global travel management company (TMC) services. The questionnaire seeks detailed information about TMC capabilities across four main areas: fare shopping, reporting/reconciliation, TMC operations, and airline ticketing capabilities.
The questionnaire requires TMCs to demonstrate capabilities including: fare re-shopping for both domestic and international tickets, ability to automatically re-issue tickets with fare savings, reporting tools that can partition data by country/bureau, CBA reconciliation processes for overseas embassies, 24/7/365 global service from the U.S., integration with Service Now platform, and ticketing capabilities for over 150 specific airlines. TMCs must provide details about their hiring, training and retention processes, and confirm their ability to handle complex international travel regulations. The RFI responses are due by 11:00am EDT on March 14, 2025, and must be submitted to contracting officer Travis Keon. The future contract will be awarded under the ETSNext refresh of GSA Multiple Award Schedule Travel Agent Services contracts with NAICS code 561510.
