Glenn Logistics and Metrology (GLAM) Industry Day Invitation

Registration is now open for:
“Glenn Logistics and Metrology (GLAM)” Support Services Contract Industry Day
June 13th - 15th, 2023
Schedule:
Tuesday, June 13, 2023
7:00am Eastern Time (ET) – Visitors Can Start Entering NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) through the Security Gate
Please read the additional instructions below regarding security requirements to enter NASA GRC. Any visitor not meeting the requirements will be denied access to NASA
GRC.
8:00am – 8:45am ET – Sign-In at Administration Building (Bldg. 3) Auditorium
9:00am – 10:40am ET – Presentation and Q&A
The GLAM team will elaborate on the Performance Work Statement (PWS), evaluation criteria, and other items within the Request for Proposal. The team will also answer questions attendees ask in the group setting. Attendees are encouraged to submit any questions they would like answered in their registration email. NASA GRC will not disclose who submitted which questions.
10:50am – 12:30pm ET – Lab Tours
Attendees will visit multiple pertinent logistics and metrology locations at NASA GRC.
Wednesday and Thursday, June 14th & 15th, 2023
8:00am- 2:00pm ET – Virtual One-on-One Sessions (Virtually ONLY on Microsoft Teams)
Each attending organization will have the opportunity for a virtual 30-minute one-on-one session with the technical/procurement team. A request for a one-on-one must be made in the organization’s registration email if a meeting is desired. An email response will be sent, scheduling the one-on-one session for June 14th or 15th.

NASA Glenn Research Center Lewis Field Administration Building; Building 3 21000 Brookpark Road Cleveland, Ohio 44135*
*The Industry Day presentation and tours will be held on location NASA GRC. The One-on-One Sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams, as noted above. There will be no in person One-on-One sessions.
Registration:
Any organization that would like to attend GLAM’s Industry Day can send no more than three (3) representatives per organization.
To register, email Carrie Fisk, Contract Specialist at carrie.a.fisk@nasa.gov, no later than 12:00pm Eastern Time (ET), Friday, June 9, 2023. Any organizations attempting to register for GLAM Industry Day after this deadline will be declined.
Within the email registration for GLAM Industry Day attendees must include:
• Organization Name
• Each Attendee(s)’ Full Legal Name, title, email, phone number, and written identification of the individual’s status as either a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
o Proof of status as a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident is neither required nor requested in the registration email.
o See security section below for the required proof of identification prior to entering NASA GRC the day of the event.
• Request for a One-on-One session, if desired. A response from Carrie Fisk will be sent to schedule a 30-minute time slot.
• Any questions the organization would like answered publicly in the group presentation and any questions the organization would like answered in their one-on-one session. NASA GRC will not disclose who submitted which question.
Security:
In order to enter NASA GRC, all attendees must present one form of current government-issued photo identification. Identification must be one of the following:
• Driver’s license or ID card issued by a state. Driver’s licenses that do not have photos cannot be used for photo identification.
• U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
• ID card issued by a U.S. federal, state or local government agency or entity provided it contains a photo and name (e.g., U.S. Military ID card, PIV badge)
• U.S. Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (I-551)
• Employment Authorization Document (I-766) provided it contains a photo
• Foreign passport provided it contains a photo and name
Please note that if an attendee does not present a current and valid form of government-issued photo identification, access to the Center will be denied.
All attendees will go through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station on NASA Parkway. A map will be sent to each organization, for reference, after registering.
Upon entering NASA GRC, follow all signs for Industry Day Event.
Additional Information:
• The names of all organizations that register for GLAM Industry Day will be published on sam.gov in the days after the event is over.
• Any questions asked by an organization either in the group presentation or in one-on-one sessions may be published on sam.gov if the GLAM team determines that the answer could be beneficial to other potential offerors. NASA GRC reserves the right to post the question and answer without prior discussion with the asking organization. NASA GRC will not disclose who submitted which question.
