About this file
This document is an Addendum to the Request for Bids for an Annual Contract for Generator Preventive Maintenance issued by the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) in Georgia. The contract requires licensed contractors to provide preventive maintenance services for 59 generators located at various lift station and non-lift station sites. An addendum has been issued that replaces the original Bid Form, removes two line items, and clarifies questions regarding the scope of work, such as filter replacements and load bank testing requirements. The bid is due on June 11, 2024 at 3:00 pm local time, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held on June 4, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
The bid form requires pricing for both a Level 1 Minor and a Level 2 Major/Load Bank service, with the total lump sum price to be used for evaluation. Column M on the bid form is for information purposes only regarding oil and coolant changes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. CCWA encourages Small Local, Minority, and Women-Owned businesses to participate in this opportunity.
