About this file
This is a Memorandum for Record from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) dated 20 Nov 2024, documenting the official approval of a single generator manufacturer for Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. The memorandum specifies that Cummins has been selected as the sole generator manufacturer for the 354th Civil Engineering Squadron (354 CES) at Eielson AFB.
The document mandates a comprehensive inventory analysis to be repeated after five years to assess the installation's progress in generator standardization, evaluate any changes in decision factors, and confirm no external considerations necessitate a manufacturer change. Contact information is provided for Primary POC Mona Morsi and Alternate POC Mr. Day Stephen, with the AFCEC Reachback Center available for further inquiries. The memorandum is signed by Colonel CLIFFORD M. THEONY, Director of Operations.
