About this file
This is a General Bid Requirements document for the Nevada Department of Agriculture outlining delivery, documentation, and service requirements for vehicle procurement. The document specifies that delivery is considered complete only when all equipment, manuals, and systems have been received and verified operational. Each vehicle requires three line set tickets and comprehensive documentation including parts catalogs, shop manuals, operator's manuals, training DVDs, and electrical schematics - with two copies of each required in either hard copy, online, or flash drive format.
The awarded vendor must schedule a pre-build meeting within two weeks of bid award and perform complete pre-delivery service including fluid checks, cooling system verification (with antifreeze rated to -34 Fahrenheit), light checks, and full functional testing. The vendor must also provide factory-authorized training, consisting of four hours of mechanical training and four hours of operator training at the end user's location in Sparks or another agency-chosen destination.
