About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) defining Government requirements for the procurement and delivery of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) lockers. The contractor must supply and deliver fully assembled, heavy-duty OCIE lockers meeting specific minimum specifications, including 14-gauge welded steel construction, cast aluminum hasp handles with three-point locking mechanisms, diamond-pattern perforated steel doors for ventilation, and durable powder-coat finishes. Units must measure 27 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 80 inches high per single-tier configuration and must be shipped fully welded rather than in knock-down or bolt-together formats.

Delivery shall be FOB Destination to a Government-designated address with all units delivered new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging according to timelines specified in the award document. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment and support necessary for setup and delivery, including delivery vehicles, pallet jacks or lift-gates, and any tools required for safe movement to the receiving point. The exact quantity will be specified in the Purchase Request, Purchase Order, or Contract Award. Government personnel will inspect all delivered units upon receipt, and acceptance will occur once all lockers meet specifications, are undamaged, and comply with all contract requirements. The contractor must provide standard commercial warranty coverage for materials, defects, and workmanship, with points of contact for coordination, delivery scheduling, and inspection listed in the Purchase Order or Award Document.
