The contractor must provide fully assembled, heavy-duty OCIE lockers constructed from 14-gauge welded steel with cast aluminum hasp handles featuring three-point locking mechanisms and diamond-pattern perforated steel doors for ventilation. Units shall be configured as two-tier lockers with dimensions of 27 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 80 inches high per tier, finished with a durable powder-coat finish, and must be shipped fully welded without knock-down or bolt-together assemblies. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for supply, delivery, and installation unless otherwise specified by the Government.

The contract specifies delivery on an FOB Destination basis to a location designated at time of award, with all products delivered new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. The contractor must provide delivery vehicles, pallet jacks or lift-gates for offloading, and any tools required to safely move units to the designated receiving point. Exact quantities will be specified in the Purchase Request, Purchase Order, or Contract Award, and delivery timelines will be stated in the award document. Government personnel will inspect units upon receipt for compliance with specifications, damage assessment, and overall contract requirements. The contractor shall provide standard commercial warranty coverage for materials, defects, and workmanship, with points of contact for coordination and scheduling to be listed in the Purchase Order or Award Document.
