STATEMENT OF WORK
26 FEB 2024
PART I GENERAL INFORMATION
Introduction: The Naval Facilities Systems Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Information Technology Center (NITC) provides enterprise information systems necessary to support the command’s mission. As the command’s technology center, NITC is responsible for delivering the information systems necessary to support naval facilities worldwide. NITC is required to provide operational support 24x7 to this worldwide customer base.
A. Background:
TRM Rules Manager is an integral component of Maximo. It used to allow the Government to customize and configure Maximo to meet the individual needs and requirements of each Facilities Engineering Command (FEC); to provide additional controls for security rights and information access; and to ensure confidentiality and integrity between and among each FEC.
To support the command’s mission, continued use of TRM RulesManager is essential to perform the following tasks:
• Use intuitive buttons for common tasks: deploy, preview, add fields, import data, attach event business logic.
• Easily customize screens with drag and drop on WYSIWYG previews.
• Use point and click configurations such as styling, hiding, field validation.
• Step-by-step wizards to help create 1225 custom queries, lookups, views, and layouts.
• Quickly design complex forms while giving users intuitive displays and forms.
• Customizations will not have to be redone after every upgrade.
B. Scope:
To meet NAVFAC’s MAXIMO requirements, NITC will renew TRM RulesManager licenses and annual customer support. This acquisition will deliver the necessary capabilities with no disruption to operations, ensuring continued benefits and operational support.
Acquire the requirements on one contract by requesting to renew TRM Rules Manager for a 12-month contract. This ensures that each item is renewed on one contract with the same period of performance.
