FY 2023 Reception and Placement Program Objectives and Indicators
Resettlement Agency:
Reporting Guidance
1. Indicators based on data from monitoring reports and R&P Period Reports should include information/data submitted or received during the reporting period, regardless of the date of the monitoring visit or arrival of the case(s) referenced.
2. Information reported for indicators involving monitoring recommendations should be fully explained in the narrative of quarterly program reports. Include in the narrative the recommendations referenced in this form, as well as an explanation of how each recommendation was resolved.
3. The column for cumulative YTD should be calculated by adding each quarter's data. For indicators that are percentages, this means using the raw numbers from each quarter, not averaging the percentages. For example, for the first indicator, add each quarter's number of assurances submitted on or before the deadline and divide by the total number of assurances to get the appropriate, cumulative data.
