COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION – SPE605-20-Q-0605
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart
12.6 & 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated June 05 2019. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm.
Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The award resulting from this procurement will be firm fixed price. The solicitation SPE60520Q0605 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm.

The following pieces of laboratory equipment are required in support of testing/analyzing petroleum product lubricant oil. This is not being solicited on an “all or none basis" for the equipment listed below and the quoted price is all-inclusive. Quotations can be submitted on individual line items and includes delivery.
