About this file
This document is an Addendum (No. 1) issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Solicitation No. FWC 24/25-85C, titled "Tenoroc Archery Shelter & Restroom Pavilion". The addendum provides clarification on a specific bid detail regarding sidewalk construction, specifically addressing a question about the location of 229 linear feet of 5-foot-wide sidewalks. The sidewalk will be constructed between the existing air rifle shelter and the proposed archery shelter, requiring suitable fill dirt to maintain a level surface. All bid responses are due by 3:00 PM (ET) on Friday, April 25, 2025, with the location shown on sheet S-4 of the project plans.
The addendum includes procedural information about bid protests, noting that any protests must be filed with the FWC Purchasing Office within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3) of Florida Statutes. The document is signed by Randy Golightly, the FWC Procurement Manager, and continues the procurement process for the Tenoroc Public Shooting Range project. While this specific addendum does not provide detailed pricing or funding information, it represents a standard procedural step in the competitive bidding process to ensure all potential bidders have consistent and clear information about the project specifications.
