About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Desalination Equipment Update/Replace. The Addendum provides clarification and answers to questions related to the Solicitation. It confirms that the equipment to be supplied must be similar in function and quality to the existing on-site equipment, with a product water capacity of 5,000 gallons per day. The existing well pumps can provide adequate flow and pressure for this system, and the existing shed can be used to house the new equipment. The Addendum also states that the standard 1-year warranty is acceptable, and that 3 references are required, which cannot be passed through via subcontractors. Regarding payment terms, the Addendum directs bidders to the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions in the original Solicitation.

The related State and Local Contract Opportunity is for the Desalination Equipment Update/Replace REBID in the state of Florida, specifically within the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee. The Solicitation is open to competitive bidding, and vendors must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace system and with SunBiz prior to the bid opening.
