About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a furniture reconfiguration project for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Building 1450T, Room 116. The contractor is required to remove fourteen existing 8'x8' cubicle workstations and install twenty-two new 6'x6' cubicle workstations with specific configurations, including corner work surfaces, return surfaces, shelves, task lights, and locking storage components. Each workstation will feature medium gray tackable fabric panels with black frames and electric raceways, and the government will provide twenty-two unassembled office chairs to be assembled by the contractor.

The project requires compliance with OSHA, ANSI BIFMA, and CDC regulations, with work to be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 0800-1600). The contractor must protect government property, dispose of packaging materials, wear personal protective equipment, and coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact to schedule work. Upon completion, the contractor will conduct a final walkthrough with a government representative to ensure satisfactory installation. New and/or used materials may be considered, but used materials must be inspected and approved by a government representative and meet the same performance standards as new materials.
