AMENDMENT 1
This amendment incorporates the text of a message that was sent to offerors and other known interested parties that responded to the earlier solicitation, so that every prospective offeror knows the content of all communications that have thus far been distributed:
SECTION 1
“The requirements in this Solicitation No. FTC-18-Q-0004 mirror those of Solicitation No. 29FTC1-18-R-1100003 with the exception of the following statement in Section 7.2 on page 85 of the solicitation:
“The government anticipates awarding a minimum of three BPAs as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP). However, the government is not obliged to issue multiple BPAs.”
All other requirements remain the same. All information required by this solicitation must be submitted under this solicitation by July 23, 2018, no later than 12:00 Noon Eastern time, including the past performance questionnaire from the end user sent to acqsubmission@ftc.gov. If you have any questions regarding this email, please submit an email to the referenced email address.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards, Amy Sierra Contracting Officer Federal Trade Commission”
SECTION 2
The past performance questionnaire distributed with the reissued solicitation is hereby changed. Prospective offerors are to utilize the changed version. It differs from the original attachment to the reissued solicitation by indicating that the replies are to be sent to the email address acqsubmission@ftc.gov rather than to the email addresses of individuals whose names were provided previously.
All other terms, conditions and instructions remain unchanged.
