Redress questions rec’d round 2:

Question 1: Can you please confirm if this RFP is different from Solicitation No. 29FTC1-18-R- 1100003? Or is it an amended version of Solicitation No. 29FTC1-18-R-1100003?

Response 1: The new RFP was issued with the following change. Per the RFP, Section 7.2: “The government anticipates awarding a minimum of three BPAs as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP). However, the government is not obligated to issue multiple BPAs.”

Question 2: Can we submit the proposals via email?

Response 2: Per the RFP: “Proposals must be submitted via email to acqsubmission@ftc.gov.”

Question 3: Do we need to ask CO/CORs to resubmit PPQ from the prior response period? That is, do they need to email their unchanged PPQs to you again?

Response 3: FTC sol. 29FTC1-18-R-1100003 was cancelled in its entirety. FTC-18-Q-0004 is a different solicitation. Therefore, PPQ must be resubmitted as part of a sol. packet.

Question 4: Do end users/clients need to re-submit past performance questionnaires that were submitted as part of the cancelled solicitation?

Response 4: End users/clients need to re-submit past performance questionnaires that were submitted as part of the cancelled solicitation as this is a new solicitation.

Question 5: Is there a SF1449 for the new solicitation?

Response 5: There is no SF 1449 for this solicitation.

Additionally this amendment changes the following sentence in Section 7.5 of the RFP. The sentence “Proposals must be submitted via email to Amy Sierra and Nancy Moreno at acqsubmission@ftc.gov.” is hereby amended to “Proposals must be submitted via email to acqsubmission@ftc.gov.”

No further questions will be accepted.
