RESPONSE: NO, VEGITATION ESTABLISHMENT MAY GO BEYOND SUBSTANTIAL
COMPLETION/BENIFICIAL OCCUPANCY.
4) Option 6: Will the MAT track be in place while the geolock repairs are executed? If so, is it permissible for the contractor to remove and reinstall it to prevent damage?
RESPONSE: CONTRACTOR TO ASSUME TRACK WILL BE IN PLACE DUTING
WORK. CONTRACTOR MAY REMOVE TRACK IF REQUIRED, BUT CONTRACTOR WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-INSTALLATION.
