About this file

The document is a posted questions spreadsheet for Request for Proposals (RFP) FSG-RFP-2425-1019 issued by the Florida State Guard (FSG) for Aircraft Maintenance Services. The RFP seeks a comprehensive maintenance contract for a fleet of nine aircraft, including two UH-60A helicopters, two Bell 412 helicopters, two UH-1H helicopters, three Cessna 206 fixed-wing aircraft, two Cessna 425 fixed-wing aircraft, and one King Air 350 aircraft. The contract is anticipated to run from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with potential renewal options. The proposal submission deadline is June 20, 2025, with a public opening on the same date and an anticipated award notification on June 24, 2025.

The contract has an estimated expenditure of approximately $2,000,000 and requires 24/7 technical support with 85% operational availability. The vendor will be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts management, field support, and maintenance tracking services. Key requirements include using the current Moderhawk digital maintenance tracking system, providing maintenance in FSG facilities, and coordinating with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for specialized equipment. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Florida Travel Guidelines, and failure to meet operational availability targets could result in contract termination. The RFP encourages diversity and requires compliance with employment eligibility verification through the E-Verify system.
