About this file

This is a front elevation architectural drawing for the 1st Tee Clubhouse Building project submitted to the Troup County Board of Commissioners in LaGrange, Georgia. The drawing depicts the exterior front facade of the approximately 1,277 gross square foot clubhouse structure. The project is located at 1220-B LaFayette Parkway, LaGrange, Georgia. Sealed proposals for construction of this facility are due to the Troup County Purchasing Department at 100 Ridley Avenue, Suite 3100, by 3:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the jobsite location. All sealed proposals must include a completed proposal form, a 5% bid bond, a detailed project proposal demonstrating compliance with the scope of work, contractor qualifications, and written warranty documentation. Submissions must include two hard copies and one digital copy on a thumb or zip drive. The project is anticipated to commence in July or August 2026, with substantial completion required within 180 consecutive calendar days.

The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days following the bid opening. Contractors are required to submit all requests for clarification or additional information via email only to Ramona Gillham, Troup County Purchasing Director, at rgillham@troupcountyga.gov. Late bids will not be accepted. The architectural drawing provides essential design specifications that all bidders must address in their proposals to demonstrate full compliance with the project requirements.
