Fort Wilkins Fire suppression map (1).pdf

This image is a project location map for Fort Wilkins Historic State Park in Michigan, prepared by the Michigan Department of Conservation. The map details a fire suppression strategy, with buildings color-coded to indicate priority levels for fire protection. Red buildings are identified as highest priority locations for fire suppression, while yellow buildings represent secondary priority. The map includes a notation about blue lines showing the 1971-1978 fire protection infrastructure. The site layout shows various buildings situated near Lake Fanny Hooe, with a detailed site plan indicating building locations, landscaping, and geographic features.

The document appears to be part of a comprehensive fire protection planning effort for the historic state park. The map provides a strategic overview of building locations and their relative fire risk, which would be crucial for emergency planning and resource allocation. The blue lines indicating previous fire protection infrastructure suggest an ongoing evolution of fire safety measures at the site. The map is professionally drafted, with clear delineation of buildings, landscape features, and a systematic approach to identifying fire suppression priorities within the park's boundaries.
