Install light fixtures above aircraft height to protect valuable AF assets and provide safe conditions in the aircraft parking apron
Install prefabricated light poles and fixtures, pole foundations and associated electrical infrastructure to provide proper luminary to the aircraft parking apron at MANGB. Proposal includes 4 light poles.

Section II Preliminary Environmental Survey
8. Air Quality Air Conformity Statement- The air quality region where project is located in attainment of the Ambient Air Quality Control Standards. The proposed action will not cause or contribute to any new violation of the standard in the area, will not increase the frequency or severity of any existing violation of any standard in any area, nor it will delay timely attainment of any standard or required interim emission or other milestone in any area.
12. Biological Resources According to the Preliminary Natural Resources Management Plan for Muñiz Air National Guard Base, PR dated Spetember 2013, no know federal listed or commonwealth species are known to occur at he PRANG; however potential habitat for thereatened and endagered species may occur within the forested areas surrounding Muñiz ANGB.
13. Cultural Resources According to the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) ICRMP for Puerto Rico Air National Guard (PRANG) dated July 2011 and Cultural Resources Survey for the Luis Muñoz Marin IAP ANGB dated November 2012, there are no archeological or cultural resources affected of the proposed action.
14. Other Other environmental impact that will occur due to the proposed activity is the luminous effect of the light fixtures.
