About this file
Based on the filename, this appears to be a form related to a procurement process involving an attestation regarding foreign countries of concern, specifically Form 8 - PUR1355. However, without the actual contents of the document, I cannot provide a substantive summary of the specific details. The form suggests it is likely a standard state or local government procurement document requiring vendors to disclose or attest to their relationships with countries designated as of concern, which is a common requirement in government contracting to ensure national security and compliance with procurement regulations.
