About this file
Form 6 PUR 2024 is a mandatory compliance document for nongovernmental entities entering, renewing, or extending contracts with governmental entities in Florida, specifically addressing labor practices and commodity production standards. The form consists of two parts: Part A focuses on prohibiting coercion for labor and services under section 787.06(13), Florida Statutes, and Part B addresses the prevention of commodities produced by forced labor under section 287.1346(4)(b), Florida Statutes.
The document requires authorized representatives from nongovernmental entities to certify, under penalties of perjury, that they do not use coercion for labor or services and that the commodities being offered have not been produced using forced labor. Each part of the form must be completed by specific organizational representatives - Part A by an officer or representative of the nongovernmental entity, and Part B by a senior management member - before contract execution, renewal, or extension. The form provides signature lines, spaces for entity and representative details, and requires the declarant to affirm the truthfulness of their statements.
