All vendors are required to be enrolled in the E-Verify program at the time of proposal submission, with acceptable proof consisting of either a completed E-Verify Company Profile page or a fully executed E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding. The form applies to the Utility Enterprise Asset Management Consulting solicitation, which seeks qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for projects with values up to $500,000 per fiscal year, with larger assignments requiring Board of County Commissioners approval.

Vendors must attest to full compliance with applicable immigration laws, including the 1986 Immigration Act and amendments, as well as Florida Statutes 448.095 and the E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding. Collier County will not award contracts to vendors knowingly employing unauthorized alien workers, and such employment constitutes a violation of Section 274A(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which can serve as grounds for unilateral contract termination. A duly authorized corporate representative must sign the certification under penalties of perjury, confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
