About this file

This document is a Form 3: Immigration Certification from the Collier County Procurement Services Division, Version 2 9.2.25. The form requires vendors submitting proposals/bids to be enrolled in the E-Verify program, which verifies employment eligibility. Vendors must provide proof of E-Verify enrollment through either a completed Company Profile page or a fully executed Memorandum of Understanding at the time of proposal submission. Failure to do so will result in the vendor's submission being deemed non-responsive.

The certification mandates that vendors attest to full compliance with immigration laws, specifically the 1986 Immigration Act and its amendments, and Florida Statutes §448.095. Collier County will not award contracts to vendors who knowingly employ unauthorized alien workers, and such a violation can result in unilateral contract termination. The form requires vendors to certify under penalty of perjury that they are compliant with immigration employment provisions and will provide proof of enrollment in the Employment Eligibility Verification System (E-Verify), which is operated by the Department of Homeland Security in partnership with the Social Security Administration.
