About this file
This is a Vendor Declaration Statement form issued by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division in Florida for the provision of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Ford and Motorcraft Parts, Fluids, and Supplies under Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 25-8399. The procurement is organized into three primary categories: Ford and Motorcraft OEM Parts, Fluids, and Supplies; Ford and Rotunda OEM Service and Diagnostic Tools; and Ford and Motorcraft Accessories. Collier County's Fleet Management Division, which historically spends approximately $632,000 annually on Ford and Motorcraft OEM parts, fluids, and supplies, requires vendors to meet stringent delivery standards including 48-hour delivery for stock orders, 24-hour delivery for emergency parts, and five-business-day fulfillment for back orders. The bid submission deadline is October 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with the contract term set for three years and options to renew for two additional one-year periods.
Vendors must provide percentage discounts on current published price lists, with all parts carrying a minimum twelve-month or 12,000-mile warranty. The county intends to award multiple vendors designated as primary and secondary based on their ability to meet comprehensive requirements and deliver at the lowest total bid cost. Vendors are required to complete multiple compliance documents, including an Immigration Certification, Conflict of Interest Certification, and Local Vendor Preference Certification, and must maintain Worker's Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability insurance with Performance and Payment Bonds required for contracts exceeding $200,000. All vendors must be enrolled in E-Verify and comply with applicable immigration laws. The county reserves the right to purchase from secondary vendors if primary vendors cannot meet delivery times or if quality and warranty considerations outweigh cost considerations.
