About this file

This is a Vendor Declaration Statement form issued by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division in Florida for the Beach Maintenance and Related Activities Invitation for Qualifications. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide beach and waterway maintenance services on an as-needed basis, including debris removal, sand management, dune work, shoreline stabilization, erosion control, channel and inlet maintenance, beach renourishment, and emergency response services. The services are requested by the Pelican Bay Services Division to support public safety, coastal resilience, environmental stewardship, and navigability. No specific response deadline, due date, site visit requirements, bidders conference schedule, award date, or contract term details are provided in this declaration form.

The Vendor Declaration Statement requires vendors to certify that their proposal is submitted fairly and in good faith without collusion or fraud, and to disclose any financial interests held by county officials, employees, or their relatives in the proposing vendor or related subcontractors exceeding one percent of total assets, capital stock, or bid amount. Vendors must accept the solicitation terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications, and agree to comply with all pricing and performance obligations if awarded. Historically, county departments have spent approximately $500,000 annually on these services, though this may not be indicative of future purchasing patterns. The form requires execution under penalties of perjury by a duly authorized corporate representative with signature authority.
