About this file
This is a Foreign Disclosure Review memorandum from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base regarding Purchase Request #FD20202500109 for an electronic amplifier on MM III. The document, dated November 8, 2024, contains both approval for release of unclassified production data to 21 specific countries (including Australia, Canada, various European nations, Egypt, Israel, and Turkey) and restrictions noting that critical technology is involved.
The memorandum specifies that release is approved for U.S. contractors only, with export controls in place. It confirms that the government has rights to the technical data (AMSC G designation) with no technical, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The document requires contractors to comply with export control requirements under the Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Regulations. The FDO Review process requires submission of AFMC Form 191 along with technical data for foreign country release, and contractors must include DFAR 252.225-7048 Export-Controlled Items clause in all subcontracts.
