About this file

This document is a Delivery Schedule for FCI McDowell Food Service that outlines comprehensive requirements for food product deliveries. Deliveries are permitted Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays, and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific temperature requirements mandate that non-frozen perishable foods must be delivered between 34-40 degrees Fahrenheit, while frozen foods must be at 0 degrees or below. All deliveries must be palletized, and Certified Religious Diet items must be appropriately marked.

The document details strict quality control and compliance protocols, including that all items will be closely inspected and may require thawing and cooking to verify specification compliance. Deliveries are conditionally received for up to six business days for examination and testing. Products failing to meet specifications will be refused, and vendors must retrieve unacceptable items at their own expense within two weeks of notification or risk disposal. Vendors who consistently fail to meet delivery schedules may be removed from future bid solicitations. Contact information for the Food Service Warehouse Supervisor and an FSA representative is provided for additional details and driving directions.
