About this file

This document is an amendment (A0001) to federal solicitation FN1579-24 for the procurement of black powder coat paint. The amendment provides questions and answers related to the paint specifications, including that it is for an indoor application, requires a smooth finish with a gloss level between 25-35, and the estimated quantity of 55,000 lbs over a 5-year period. The solicitation submission instructions are clarified, indicating proposals must be emailed directly to the Contract Specialist, Barbara McMaster, rather than submitted through SAM.gov. The amendment also extends the proposal due date to July 29, 2024 by 2:00pm EST. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
