About this file

This document is an Addendum No.1 to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) for Credentialing Equipment and Maintenance. The ITN seeks to establish a contract to purchase, install, and maintain equipment systems consisting of a camera, signature pad, and scanner, as well as interface software. The addendum provides question and answer responses related to items such as service ticket volumes, hardware quantities, signature pad dimensions, PCI compliance, cashiering software integration, and pilot testing requirements. The contract term and renewal options are not specified.

The addendum clarifies that surge protectors will be provided by the Department, not the contractor. It also confirms that respondents may use reference forms from a previously cancelled Request for Proposal (RFP-031-24) with the reference's permission. The ITN does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or amounts.
