The document lists 84 distinct fleet stockroom locations and mobile service units organized by ship code and geographic region, with each entry providing the facility name, street address, city, and ZIP code. The locations span Maine's entire territory, from Caribou in the north to York in the south, and include specialized facilities such as the Augusta Heavy Equipment yard, Augusta Fabrication shop, Fuel Services depot, and Sign Shop, as well as mobile service units stationed at key regional hubs in Bangor, Caribou, Madawaska, and other strategic locations. The directory serves as the operational infrastructure reference for MaineDOT's fleet management operations, supporting the procurement of parts and services across multiple maintenance and stockroom facilities.

The file provides the foundational geographic and operational data necessary for vendors bidding on the Springs & Chassis Parts contract to understand distribution and delivery requirements across MaineDOT's statewide network. The address listing indicates that successful contractors will need to support delivery and service capabilities to over 80 distinct locations, with particular concentration in central Maine around Augusta and throughout rural regions. This geographic scope is essential for bidders to accurately assess logistics costs, delivery timelines, and inventory management requirements when submitting proposals for the one-year contract term.
