About this file
The Fleet Remodel Scope is a detailed document outlining comprehensive renovation specifications for a fleet maintenance facility, likely located in the City of Kingman, Arizona. The scope of work includes multiple critical infrastructure and architectural modifications, such as demolishing and constructing block walls, installing a new back door with electronic access, creating a new stainless steel countertop, constructing a one-door office with specific door hardware, installing new panel LED lighting, adding data infrastructure, and implementing comprehensive HVAC upgrades. The project involves both downstairs and upstairs areas, with specific requirements for wall construction, electrical work, flooring treatment, and mechanical systems.
The project encompasses approximately 2,700 square feet of wall and ceiling painting, 1,000 square feet of floor acid washing and sealing, and installation of new ductwork and air conditioning systems. Specific technical details include an Amarr 4300 Series manual grille door, Schlage ND series lever set with Best IC core, Tarkett wall base molding, and a new 2½ ton Carrier/Bryant AC unit for downstairs. The existing 5-ton AC/heat system will be modified to supply upstairs, with new insulated ductwork replacing exterior wall ducts. The renovation requires coordination of work schedule, use of drywall for wall construction, and adherence to the City of Kingman's grand master key system for door hardware.
