Addendum #1- April 17, 2026 Addendum #1 is being created to respond to vendor questions.

Q1. We are working with a vendor to submit a bid for the window cleaning contract. They also offer power washing services, so I wanted to check if that is something you would be interested in as well for example, parking garages.

A1. At this time, this request is only for the cleaning of windows.

Q2. Can you provide the last year each building included in this bid was cleaned?

A2. That information is not available.

Q3. How many times per year will each building be cleaned under this proposal?

A3. There are no guarantee of quantities.

Q4. At the Capital Annex, I noticed there appears to be double-pane glass with a significant amount of cobwebs between the panels. Can you clarify how this will be addressed?

A4. Should windows at the Capitol Annex be requested, repairs will be made beforehand.

Q5. At Barry Hill, can you confirm if all buildings are included in the bid, including those in the landscaped areas?

A5. The Mansion and Carriage House are the only buildings we are requesting pricing.
