Bidders must submit pricing for 16 line items covering mixed bed deionizer tanks, bi-weekly service visits, chemicals, powdered resin, cartridge filters, offsite membrane cleaning, and maintenance and emergency service calls through the City's eProcurement Portal. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 11, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., with questions due by February 19, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., and sealed bids due by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026. The contract term is three years from the date of execution with no optional extension periods, and award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the Grand Total Price submitted.
All contractors must execute the Federal Required Certification affirming that no federal appropriated funds will be used for lobbying activities and certifying compliance with 31 U.S.C. Part 18, and a completed Department of Information Technology Technical Questionnaire. Contractors must also comply with Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit No. 005171 for system discharge to the sewer.
