The addendum, dated June 17, 2026, amends pages 3, 4, and 9 of the original ITN document dated May 5, 2026, and pages 2 and 5 of Attachment A, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged. FDLE seeks qualified vendors to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, alterations, and upgrades for its fleet of six fixed wing aircraft and four rotary wing aircraft used for investigative and dignitary protection operations. The non-mandatory pre-reply conference was held on May 19, 2026, written questions were due by June 9, 2026, and proposal responses are due July 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The contract term is five years from execution with optional renewal periods consisting of five one-year terms, contingent upon satisfactory performance and available funding. FDLE reserves the right to award to one or multiple vendors in both aircraft categories and to conduct business with other vendors as deemed in the Department's best interest.

The amended sections establish requirements for facility specifications, security measures, quality assurance inspections, warranty provisions, and maintenance scheduling procedures. All services must comply with FAA, manufacturer, military, and other applicable regulations. The Contractor must maintain a permanent fixed base facility with sufficient hangar space to store aircraft during work hours and secure hangar space during non-work hours, provide written estimates for maintenance services (unless waived by the Department), ensure 24-hour security for aircraft, maintain current manufacturer publications and FAA airworthiness directives, provide a standard 30-day warranty on workmanship, and complete all aircraft maintenance log records for pilot compliance.
